How to Order

Find an item you wish to purchase - and then click the Add to Basket button
Click on the View Basket button
Shipping charges (plus handling fee) will be calculated later (after registration or login)
Click the Checkout button
Click the Register button if you are a new customer (or login if an existing customer)
Your shopping cart is re-displayed, click Continue to Checkout if you have no more shopping
Check your invoice and delivery address details are correct (you can send to another person by changing the delivery address after you have finished shopping)
Notice that shipping charges are displayed and a total payment amount is displayed
Changing the delivery address may update the shipping and total cost
Click Continue to Checkout, then select a payment method, then click Submit for Payment

Payment by Paypal (including Visa and Mastercard) will be processed securely by Paypal Limited
For Direct Deposit payments, a printable invoice will be displayed with our bank account details
For Money Orders or Bank Cheques, a printable invoice will be displayed with our postal address
All payments are due within 7 days or your order may be cancelled
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment being received (next working day)
International Orders (outside of Australia and New Zealand) may use the Paypal option only
Personal cheques are not accepted
