Shipping
All prices on our website are in AUSTRALIAN Dollars

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping agent for both National and International orders. All International orders are shipped by Air Mail. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout at Australia Post rates plus handling charges. We generally ship within 24 hours (next working day), so please allow 1 extra day to the delivery time displayed in the shipping cost at checkout.
 
Shipping charges (including handling, packing and postage costs) are in addition to the advertised price of the product. All orders are calculated by weight - therefore multiple item purchases are usually cheaper overall to ship (for example: 3 small items may ship at the same cost of one small item).
Shipping charges are only shown at checkout if you are a registered customer and signed-in to our website. This is because the cost of shipping is calculated on the delivery address and/or postcode which is only available at checkout.
 
We ship within 24 hours (if next day working day), so please allow an additional one day to above or more if public holiday or weekend. The shipping calculator will estimate the number of delivery days at checkout assuming the item is posted.


Packing & Handling Charges:
A small packing and handling fee covers the cost of padded bags, bubble-wrap and other packaging required for the safe shipment of your order.
 
Current P&H Fees per order:
Within Australia & International = AU$2.50
 
HOW CAN I CHECK SHIPPING (Postal) Charges?
You can check the shipping costs before purchasing by;
- adding the item/s to your shopping cart
- signing in or registering
- then proceeding to checkout
- ensure your delivery address is correct
- Do not click the SUBMIT button unless you wish to proceed with the purchase!
 
Shipping charges are shown before the final commitment to pay (payment) screen. If you do not wish to purchase, then just simply return to the Home page.
As an example, a small order (if under 250g) will cost $5.20 to ship anywhere within Australia (including P&H Fee).

 
NEW ZEALAND Customers
Please pay in Australian Dollars, or equivalent to the value of the total purchase price. Failure to do so will delay processing your order until full payment is received.
For payment via Direct Deposit (Internet Banking via our Commonwealth Bank Account), our bank account details (including Swift code) is provided after submitting your order for payment.
For payment via Money Order or Bank Cheque, our postal address is provided after submitting your order for payment.
On receipt of payment the goods will be shipped. We post all items via AIR-MAIL using Australia International Parcel Post.  Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your shopping cart at checkout.
 
INTERNATIONAL Customers
International customers are required to pay via PAYPAL (inc. VISA & MASTERCARD) only.
